  1. Kachhe Aam - 1 Kg.
  2. Sarson Ka Tail - 200 gm.
  3. Namak - Swadanusar
  4. Haldi Powder - 2 Chammach
  5. Lal Mirch Powder - 2 Chammach
  6. Saunf - 4 Chammach
  7. Maithi - 4 Chammach
  8. Kalaunji - 1 Choti Chammach

Aam Ka Achar Banane Ki Vidhi

Sable Pahle Aam Ko Dhokar Chote-Chote Tukdon Main Kaat Le, Ab Unhe Kisi Bade Bhagone Main Rakhe. Iske Baad Isme Haldi, Lal Mirch, Saunf, Maithi, Kalaunji or Swadanusar Namak Dale or Achhe Se Mix Kare. Iske Baad Sarson Ke Tail Ko Kisi Bartan Main Achhi Tarah Se Garam Kare, Garam Karne Ke Baad Gas Se Utare or Thanda Kare. Jab Yah Thanda Ho Jaye To Ise Masale Mile Hue Kachhe Aamon Main Dale or Achhe Se Mix Kare. Aam Ka Achar Lambe Samay Tak Chale Iske Liye Isko Kisi Sukhe Hue Jaar Main Bhare or Jaar Ke Munh Par Suti Kapda Bandhakar Achar Ko Dhoop Dikhaye, Aisa Aapko 2-3 Din Karna Hai. Isse Achar Jaldi Kharab Nahi Hota Hai.
